I faced rude staff during check-in, reprimanded unnecessarily about room cleanliness. It was unsettling to be watched so closely. I felt like I couldn't relax. Additionally, there were multiple burn holes on the comforters, which made the stay feel quite shabby.

The room provided was cozy, enhanced by a serene view of the foggy mountains each morning. Cleanliness was satisfactory, but significant issues arose with water leaks from the overhead bathroom, signaling a need for immediate repairs. The managers appeared strained, and attempts to resolve problems were met with minimal help from the owners, which was frustrating. Dining options were decent, particularly the Indian cuisine, which added a pleasant twist to the stay.

This was just a reliable pick for exploring town in South Point with definitely value for money. The ceiling was leaking water during my stay, but they had staff on hand who quickly addressed the situation. Be prepared to bring cash for deposits. not everyone does this these days.

I had a cozy stay in the Standard King Room, especially loved the beautiful foggy mountain views in the morning! The sun terrace was a nice spot to chill while sipping my coffee and soaking in the sunshine. Just a heads up, the bathroom could use a bit more space, but it didn’t impact my overall vibe! ☕️

The room offered a comfortable stay, featuring a fridge and microwave, which made it convenient for my work trip. I particularly appreciated waking up to the scenic view of the foggy mountains, enhancing the overall ambiance of my visit. The reliable Wi-Fi supported my business needs effectively, allowing me to meet deadlines without any interruptions.
There was a notable lack of professionalism from the staff during check-in.
